At Royal Black, we aim to deliver premium quality products. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, please read our policy below.
- Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its
original packaging with tags intact. - Non-Returnable Items
Products that are worn, damaged, altered, or without original tags are not eligible for return. Items
purchased during special sales or clearance may not be eligible for return. - Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at royalblackhouse@gmail.com with your order number and reason
for return. Once approved, return instructions will be shared. - Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business
days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. - Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a
refund will be issued. - Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with
supporting images. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly. - Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect
product).
